Varování před intenzitou a rozsáhlými negativními dopady probíhající klimatické změny jsou stále naléhavější. Státy EU vytvořily unikátní soustavu lokalit Natura 2000 za účelem ochrany evropské biodiverzity a jsou právně zavázány chránit lokality tak, aby nedošlo ke zhoršení stavu jejich předmětů ochrany. Klíčovou otázkou je, zda statická soustava lokalit Natura 2000 naplní svůj účel i v budoucnu, nebo změny klimatu povedou k významným ztrátám evropské biodiverzity. Doposud existuje stále velmi málo studií, které se věnují modelování dopadů změny klimatu na lokality Natura 2000. V této práci jsem s využitím nové metody kombinující climate envelope modely s postupy aplikovanými pro hodnocení rizik změny klimatu na agroekosystémy zhodnotil vliv dopadů změny klimatu na osm vybraných typů přírodních stanovišť (TPS) vyskytujících se v oblasti jižních Čech. Jako prediktory výskytu vhodného klimatu pro TPS byly použity agroklimatologické indikátory vygenerované modelem AgriClim. Pro modelování jsem použil tři algoritmy strojového učení (generalized additive model, artificial neural network a random forest) a dva způsoby kombinování modelů (průměrování a stacking), ze kterých jsem jako nejvhodnější pro výsledné predikce vybral random forest. EU countries have created a unique network Natura 2000 to protect Europe's biodiversity and are legally obliged to protect the sites so that their conservation targets do not deteriorate. The key question is whether the static Natura 2000 system will continue to fulfil its purpose in the future, or whether climate change will lead to significant losses of European biodiversity. To date, there are still very few studies that address the modelling of climate change impacts on Natura 2000 sites. In this paper, using a new method combining climate envelope models with procedures applied to assess climate change risks to agroecosystems, I assessed the impact of climate change on eight selected natural habitat types (NHTs) occurring in south Bohemia. Agroclimatological indicators generated by the AgriClim model were used as predictors of the occurrence of suitable climate for NHTs.
