Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem kreativních self-beliefs se zaměřením na kreativní self- efficacy ve vztahu ke konkrétním osobnostním rysům u tanečníků street dance a klubových tanečníků. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit, které osobnostní rysy mají souvislost s kreativní sebejistotou a navrhnout výzkum pro doménu freestylového tancování, kde doposud žádné výzkumy podobného typu nebyly realizovány. Teoretická část práce shrnuje dosavadní poznatky z oblastí kreativní self-efficacy, kreativní metakognice a kreativního self-konceptu. Zabývá se také způsoby, jak tyto přesvědčení o sobě samém v oblasti kreativity měřit. Dále se teoretická část věnuje osobnostním rysům, které s kreativními self-beliefs souvisí. Část empirická obsahuje návrh výzkumu, který má po jeho realizaci za cíl replikovat výsledky o souvislosti kreativní self- efficacy s osobnostními rysy Big Five - konkrétně s extraverzí a otevřeností vůči zkušenosti. Dalším cílem výzkumu je zjistit, jestli má kreativní self-efficacy vliv na skutečnou kvalitu tanečního vystoupení jedince. Důležitou součástí návrhu výzkumu je vytvoření metody pro měření kvality taneční performance. Klíčová slova: kreativní self-efficacy; kreativní self-beliefs; kreativita; street dance; big five This bachelor thesis investigates the topic of creative self-beliefs with a focus on creative self- efficacy in relation to specific personality traits in street dance and club dancers. The main aim of this thesis is to identify which personality traits are related to creative self-efficacy and to propose research for the domain of freestyle dancing, where no research of this type has been conducted to date. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the existing knowledge of this research area. Thus, it discusses creative self-efficacy, creative metacognition, and creative self- concept and how to measure these self-beliefs in the domain of creativity. Next, the theoretical section discusses personality traits that are related to creative self-beliefs. The empirical part contains a research design that, once implemented, aims to replicate the results on the association of creative self-efficacy with the Big Five personality traits - specifically extraversion and openness to experience. A further aim of the research is to determine whether creative self- efficacy has an impact on the actual quality of an individual's dance performance.
