Cílem bakalářské práce je prozkoumat přechod na online distanční výuku na druhých stupních českých základních škol, který se uskutečnil na jaře 2020, a analyzovat, jaké zkušenosti školy získaly či jak probíhala jejich příprava na znovuuzavření. V teoretické části začleňuji téma do kontextu distanční výuku a e-learningu a možnosti využití metod change managmentu při přechodu na distanční model vzdělávání. Praktická část vychází z analýzy rozhovorů a jejich následného vyhodnocení dle modelu ADKAR. Klíčová slova: distanční vzdělávání, e-learning, základní škola, učitelé, řízení změn, online komunikační nástroje, koronavirus/covid The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to examine the transition to online distance learning in the second grades of Czech primary schools, which took place in the spring of 2020, and to analyse what experiences the schools have gained or how their preparation for the re-closure was going. In the theoretical part, I integrate the topic into the context of distance learning and e-learning and the possibility of using change management methods when transitioning to a distance model of education. The practical part is based on the analysis of interviews and their subsequent evaluation according to the ADKAR model.
