Svoboda myšlení ve 21. století Abstrakt Předmětem této diplomové práce je problematika svobody myšlení v kontextu 21. století. Obecně tato práce vychází z dlouhodobě přijímané premisy o faktické neomezitelnosti myšlení a jeho svobody, na kterou reaguje. Dává si za cíl upozornit na jejich zranitelnost mapováním jevů, jež mají potenciál tezi o nedotknutelnosti myšlení vyvrátit. Je reakcí na technologický vývoj posledních desetiletí a jeho možný negativní vliv, jenž s sebou přináší. Diplomová práce je členěna do dvou hlavních částí, které reflektují dva základní tematické bloky. První z nich se zabývá teoretickým představením myšlení a jeho svobody, po němž následuje úsek věnující pozornost různým formám působení na myšlení. První část je teoretickým úvodem do problematiky myšlení a svobody myšlení. V první řadě je vymezen interdisciplinární pojem myšlení. Tento úsek je doplněn i o současné vnímání svobody myšlení veřejností. Je představena základní právní úprava práva na svobodu myšlení, a to nejen v rámci českého právního řádu, nýbrž i na mezinárodní úrovni prostřednictvím lidskoprávních dokumentů, jež jsou pro Českou republiku relevantní. Těžištěm práce je část druhá. Ta nabízí nejrůznější formy působení na myšlení a jeho svobodu ve 21. století. Tato část práce zahrnuje i letmý exkurz do historie vnímání... Freedom of Thought in the 21st Century Abstract The subject of this thesis is the issue of freedom of thought in the context of the 21st century. In general, this work is based on the long-accepted premise of the factual limitlessness of thought and its freedom, to which it responds. It aims to draw attention to their vulnerability by mapping phenomena that have the potential to disprove the idea of the intangibility of thought. It is a reaction to the technological development of the last decades and its possible negative influence. The thesis is divided into two parts, reflecting the two fundamental thematic blocks. The first one deals with a theoretical characterization of thought and its freedom, followed by a section describing various forms of influence on thought. The first part is a theoretical introduction to the issue of thought and freedom of thought. First of all, the interdisciplinary concept of thought is defined. The public's current perception of freedom of thought is also mentioned in this section. The legal regulation of the right to freedom of thought is descripted not only within the Czech legal system, but also at the international level through human rights documents that hold significance for the Czech Republic.
