Tato práce je zaměřena na návrat sportovců, kteří studují tělesnou výchovu na vysokých školách, ke sportu a aktivnímu pohybu po zranění kolena, konkrétně po ruptuře předního zkříženého vazu (ligamentum cruciatum anterius - LCA). LCA je důležitým stabilizátorem kolenního kloubu, jeho ruptura patří k častým a závažným poraněním kolena při sportech. Ruptura LCA má velmi vážné následky pro biomechaniku kolenního kloubu. V práci je popsána anatomie kolenního kloubu a možné příčiny zranění LCA. Diplomová práce se dále zabývá způsoby diagnostiky úrazu a možnostmi léčby. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda se po prodělání tohoto úrazu sportovci dokázali vrátit ke sportu bez omezení výkonu a pokud ano, jakým způsobem probíhala jejich rekonvalescence. The LCA is an important stabilizer of the knee joint, its rupture is one of the frequent and serious knee injuries during sports. Rupture of the LCA has very serious consequences for the biomechanics of the knee joint. The thesis describes the anatomy of the knee joint and possible causes of LCA injuries. The diploma thesis also deals with methods of injury diagnosis and treatment options. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether, after experiencing this injury, the athletes were able to return to sport without performance limitations and, if so, how their recovery took place.
