Tato práce se zabývá cenzurou v japonské filmové produkci od 50. do 80. let 20. století. Konkrétně problematikou termínu "obscénnost", který je součástí článku 175 japonského trestního zákoníku. Jak se chápání tohoto termínu vyvíjelo a jaký to mělo dopad na soudní procesy spojené s článkem 175 trestního zákoníku. Cílem práce je objasnit tento termín "obscénnost" v rámci japonské kinematografie. A to pomocí rozboru dvou nejslavnějších případů cenzury v druhé polovině 20. století. To jsou Černý sníh od Takečiho Tecudžiho a Korida lásky od Óšimy Nagisy. Klíčová slova: kinematografie, cenzura, obscénnost, Óšima Nagisa, Takeči Tecudži This thesis examines censorship in Japanese film production from the 1950s to the 1980s. Specifically, the issue of the term "obscenity", which is part of Article 175 of the Japanese Penal Code. How the understanding of this term has evolved and what impact it has had on the court processes associated with Article 175 of the Penal Code. This thesis aims to clarify this term "obscenity" within Japanese cinema. This is done by analysing two of the most famous censorship cases in the second half of the 20th century.
