Cílem diplomové práce je analýza systému personální práce ve vybraném podnikatelském subjektu, jeho posouzení a zhodnocení a návrh změn na zlepšení a zefektivnění řízení této oblasti. Jako metodu získání informací pro tuto práci byly užity otázky sestavené pro manažery a další informace získané z interních dokumentů společnosti. The aim of thesis is the analysis of system personnel work in a chosen company, his examination and evaluation and suggestion alternations to improvement management this area. As a method of getting information fot this thesis, were used questionnaires for managers and other informations from internal documents of the company.
