(česky) Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na automatizované knihovní systémy (dále jen AKS), zejména na konkrétní službu servisu AKS, která je poskytována prostřednictvím regionálních funkcí. V teoretické části jsou nejdříve popsány samotné regionální funkce knihoven a několik vybraných AKS používaných v České republice. Dále je popsán systém veřejných knihoven ve vybraných zemích EU, jejich strategie a způsoby poskytování služby servisu AKS. Praktickou část práce tvoří případová studie procesu zavádění regionálního automatizovaného knihovního systému (dále jen RAKS) v Městské knihovně v Praze. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je detailní popis implementace RAKS v praktické části, která může být využita jako příručka pro implementaci RAKS v jiných regionech. In theoretical section are at first described the regional functions and several ILSs used in the Czech Republic. The next, system of public libraries in chosen EU countries is described, and their strategy and process of providing helpdesk services for ILS. The practical section consists of the case study of the regional ILS implementation process at the Municipal Library in Prague. The main goal of the thesis is to describe in detail the implementation of regional ILS in practice, which can be used as a tutorial to implement regional ILS at other libraries.
