Pěvecký hlas je jedinečný prostředek k vyjádření lidských emocí a pocitů, pomáhá našemu duševnímu zdraví a uspokojuje potřebu seberealizace. Vlivem přirozeného stárnutí, zdravotních faktorů či životního stylu může s věkem docházet k problémům, které ovlivňují samotný hlasový projev, jako jsou změna barvy hlasu, změna hlasového rozsahu, problémy se zpěvem delších frází, dechové potíže. Tento fenomén není v odborné literatuře studován tak intenzivně jako například vývoj dětského hlasu, přesto je důležité se jím zabývat, protože je nedílnou a nevyhnutelnou součástí vývoje hlasu a jeho efekty mají negativní vliv na psychickou pohodu zpěvaček. Tato práce se zabývá studiem tohoto fenoménu. Na základě rozboru odborné literatury a provedeného dotazníkového šetření mezi amatérskými sborovými zpěvačkami, práce ověřila existenci popisovaného jevu a shrnuje informace o konkrétních problémech, jejich příčinách a dopadech na hlasový projev. Na základě informací z tohoto šetření byly provedeny podrobnější rozhovory s pěveckými pedagogy, jejichž cílem bylo získat informace o jejich osobních zkušenostech s tímto fenoménem a metody používané k minimalizaci dopadů různých příčin změny kvality hlasu v tomto období. Práce následně shrnuje získané informace formou obecných doporučení k životosprávě, obecnému zacházení s... A singing voice is a unique means of expressing people's emotions and feelings, helping one's mental health and satisfying the need for self-realization. Due to natural aging, health factors or lifestyle, problems may occur with age that affect vocal expression itself, such as voice color change, vocal range change, problems with singing longer phrases, or breathing difficulties. This phenomenon is not studied as intensively in the professional literature as, for example, the development of a child's voice, yet it is important to address it because it is an integral and inevitable part of the development of the voice and its effects have a negative impact on the psychological well-being of the singers. This work deals with the study of this phenomenon. Based on a literature review and a survey of amateur choral singers conducted, the work verified the existence of the phenomenon and summarizes information about specific problems, their causes and impacts on vocal expression. On the basis of information from this survey, more detailed interviews were carried out with singing teachers to obtain information about their personal experiences with the phenomenon and the methods used to minimize the effects of the various causes of the change in the quality of voice during this period.
