1 ABSTRAKT Tématem práce je vzdělávání seniorů v rámci univerzit třetího věku na Univerzitě Karlově z pohledu lektorů. Práce popisuje jejich získané zkušenosti, možnosti a vnímané bariéry ve vzdělávání této populace na U3V v rámci celoživotního učení. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy pomocí odborné literatury. Pojednává o významu učení se populace seniorů a o specifikách tohoto edukačního procesu. Další kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na samotné lektory v souvislosti s didaktickým procesem a psychodidaktikou. Zabývají se osobností lektora, jeho rolí a jeho kompetencemi. Teoretická část je doplněna o data o vývoji U3V na Univerzitě Karlově. The thesis describes her acquired experience, possibilities and perceived barriers in the education of this population at U3V as part of lifelong learning. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part defines the basic terms with the help of professional literature. It discusses the importance of learning for the elderly population and the specifics of this educational process. Other chapters are focused on the lecturers themselves in connection with the didactic process psychodidactics. They deal with the personalities of the lecturer, his role and his competences. The theoretical part is supplemented with data on the development of U3V at Charles University.
