Cíle: Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je zanalyzovat nejčastější zranění u mládeže hrající pravidelně florbal a také zjistit, jaký vliv má na incidenci úrazů intervence fyzioterapeuta či aplikace kompenzačních cvičení v tréninkovém procesu. Důležité je také porovnání dostupnosti fyzioterapeutů u jednotlivých mládežnických týmů a zda se dostatečně dbá na prevenci vzniku úrazů. Dále je cílem ověřit, zda nejvíce postiženým segmentem u florbalové mládeže je také kloub hlezenní, který u studií zaměřených na dospělou kategorii opakovaně vycházel jako nejčastěji poraněnou oblastí ze všech částí těla. Mojí snahou je rovněž vyhodnotit nejčastější příčiny zranění - zda rizikovějším faktorem je srážka s jiným hráčem, anebo úraz způsobený vlastním zaviněním. Metody: Speciální část se skládá ze studie, která byla provedena pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníkového šetření. Dotazník v elektronické podobě byl záměrně rozeslán do všech florbalových klubů v České republice přes generálního sekretáře Českého florbalu. Celkem bylo evidováno n = 128 odpovědí, vyhovujících věkovým kritériím 7-18 let (průměrný věk - 12,97 ± 2,87... Author: Bc. Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to analyse the most common injuries among young people who regularly play floorball and find out the effect of the intervention of a physiotherapist or the application of compensatory exercises in the training process on the incidence of injuries. It is also important to compare the availability of physiotherapists for individual youth teams and whether the provided care is sufficient to prevent injuries. Furthermore, the aim is to verify whether the most affected segment even among floorball youth is the ankle joint, which in studies focused on the adult category has repeatedly emerged as the most frequently injured area of all parts of the body. Moreover, my effort is to evaluate the most common causes of injuries - whether a collision with another player is more probable risk factor than an injury caused by one's own fault.
