Název: Analýza kvalitativních a kvantitativních charakteristik předzápasového rozcvičení u elitních fotbalových týmů. Cíle: Cílem této práce byla analýza předzápasových rozcvičení u elitních fotbalových týmů z kvalitativního a kvantitativního hlediska. Metody: Výzkumný soubor byl tvořen z elitních evropských fotbalových týmů Real Madrid, Bayern Mnichov, Inter Milán a Manchester City. Data byla získávána a vyhodnocována retrospektivně na základě video analýzy. Celkově čtyři předzápasové rozcvičení byly pořízeny na fotbalových zápasech v Lize mistrů. Jednotlivé záznamy byly časově rozpracovány a kategorizovány dle určených hodnotících kritérií. Kategorie jsme si zvolili aktivační cvičení, průpravná cvičení, herní cvičení, malé formy her a rychlostní cvičení. Pro dané kategorie jsme si určili hodnotící kritéria: celkový čas cvičení, počet cviků a průměrný počet opakování daného cvičení na jednoho hráče. Jednotlivá kritéria jsme porovnávali mezi jednotlivými fotbalovými týmy. Výsledky: Z daných výsledků můžeme najít společné kvalitativní i kvantitativní znaky. Nejpočetnější a nejsložitější kategorií bylo aktivační cvičení. Z dané minutáže jednotlivých týmů je patrné, že jsme se této kategorii věnovali nejvíce času oproti ostatním. Domníváme se, že aktivační cvičení, do kterého spadá hlavní náplň... Title: Analysis of Qualitative and Quantitative Characteristics of Pre-match Warm- up in Elite Football Teams. Objectives: The aim of this diploma thesis was to analyze pre-match warm-ups in elite football teams from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives. Methods: The research sample consisted of top European football teams, namely Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Inter Milan, and Manchester City. Data was collected and retrospectively evaluated through video analysis. A total of four pre-match warm-ups were recorded during UEFA Champions League matches. The individual recordings were processed and categorized based on predetermined evaluation criteria. The selected categories were activation exercises, preparatory exercises, game-related exercises, small-sided games, and speed exercises. Evaluation criteria were established for each category, including total exercise time, number of exercises, and average number of repetitions per player. The criteria were compared among the different football teams. Results: The obtained results revealed both common qualitative and quantitative characteristics.
