Název: Kompenzační cvičení na nožní klenbu u atletů do 18 let Cíle: Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zkoumat vliv kompenzačního cvičení na tvar a funkce nožní klenby u atletů do 18 let. Metodika práce: V kvantitativní empirické studii formou kvazi-experimentu podstoupila skupina výkonnostních atletů z atletického sportovního klubu ASK Dipoli z.s. (n = 10, 6 dívek, 4 chlapci) 2měsíční intervenční program na podporu nožní klenby. Samostatné cvičení pro aktivizaci a stabilizaci nožní klenby probíhalo 3x týdně po dobu 10 minut. Při sběru dat byly v pre-testu i post-testu použity diagnostické testy, biomedicínská a fyzikální měření týkající se nožní klenby: aspekce, palpace, hodnocení stabilizační funkce nohy, antropometrické údaje vztahující se k nožní klenbě, hodnocení otisku nohy na papír a další specifické testy. Pomocí softwaru Excel byly výsledky zaznamenány a statisticky zpracovány na úrovni komparace hodnot mezi jednotlivými testováními. Výsledky: V důsledku intervence došlo u 2 probandů z 10 ke změnám ve stabilizační funkci nohy, která byla hodnocena testem stoje na 1 dolní končetině. U všech 10 probandů nastaly změny ve tvaru nohy: změny se projevily zejména v testu Foot posture index (100 %). Všichni probandi pociťovali na konci intervenčního programu změny ve funkcích nohy. Title: Compensatory foot arch exercises for athletes under the age of 18 Objectives: The aim of the Bachelor thesis was to examine the effect of compensatory exercises on the shape and function of the foot arch in athletes under the age of 18. Method: In a quantitative empirical study in the form of a quasi-experiment, a group of performance athletes from track and field sports club ASK Dipoli z.s (n = 10, 6 girls, 4 boys) underwent a 2-month intervention program to support the foot arch. Separate exercises for activating and stabilising the foot arch took place 3 times a week for 10 minutes. In the data collection, diagnostic tests, biomedical and physical measurements related to the foot arch were used in both the pre-test and post-test: aspection, palpation, evaluation of leg stabilization, anthropometric data regarding the foot arch, evaluation of the foot printed on paper, and other specific tests. Using the Excel software, the results were recorded and statistically processed at the level of comparison of values between each test. Results: As a result of the intervention, 2 of the 10 probands experienced changes in leg stabilization, which was assessed with a test by standing on 1 leg.
