Kvalita posturální stabilizace u pacientů indikovaných k TEP kyčelního kloubu v porovnání s populací bez pokročilé koxartrosy. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda je u pacientů, kteří jsou z důvodu pokročilé koxartrosy indikováni k TEP (totální endoprotéze) kyčelního kloubu zhoršená kvalita posturální stabilizace v porovnání se skupinou stejně starých zdravých probandů. Posturální stabilizace byla hodnocena pomocí čtyř testů podle konceptu Dynamické Neuromuskulární Stabilizace vyškoleným DNS terapeutem. Do studie bylo zahrnuto 26 pacientů indikovaných k TEP kyčelního kloubu. Kontrolní skupinu tvořilo 25 probandů bez subjektivních a klinických známek koxartrózy. Potvrdili jsme, že u experimentální skupiny s pokročilou koxartrózou je zhoršená kvalita posturální stabilizace hodnocená pomocí čtyř DNS funkčních testů (Test dechového stereotypu, Test regulace nitrobřišního tlaku, Brániční test a Test flexe kyčelního kloubu) oproti kontrolní skupině (p<.001 pro všechny testy). Na straně pokročilé artrózy KYKL u experimentální skupiny byla potvrzena zhoršená kvalita posturální stabilizace oproti nebolestivé straně (p = .012) i oproti kontrolní skupině, u které byla zjištěna vyvážená kvalita posturální stabilizace z hlediska stranové symetrie (p= .379). The aim of the study was to determine whether the quality of postural stabilization is impaired in patients referred for total hip replacement (THR) due to advanced coxarthrosis compared to the control group of age matching healthy subjects. Postural stabilization was assessed using four tests according to the Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization by a trained DNS therapist. Twenty-six patients referred for THR were included in the study. The control group consisted of 25 subjects without subjective and clinical signs of coxarthrosis. In the experimental group with advanced coxarthrosis, the quality of postural stabilization assessed by DNS functional tests (Respiratory stereotype test, Intra-abdominal pressure regulation test, Diaphragm test and Hip flexion test) was impaired compared to the control group (p<.001 for all tests). In the experimental group, the side of advanced hip arthrosis presented with significantly worse quality of postural stabilization comparing to the non-painful side (p = .012) and comparing to the control group, in which symmetrical quality of postural stabilization was confirmed (p= .379).
