Práce se zabývá možnostmi integrace výtvarné výchovy a českého jazyka a literatury. Je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou oba vyučovací předměty představeny. Kapitoly věnované výtvarné výchově se zabývají faktory, které mohou ovlivňovat její postavení v českém školství, hlavními oblastmi, jimž se tento obor věnuje (výtvarné umění a vizuální kultura), a didaktickými přístupy, které se mohou ve výuce výtvarné výchovy uplatňovat. Kapitoly týkající se oboru český jazyk a literatura popisují jeho tři složky (jazykovou výchovu, literární výchovu a komunikační a slohovou výchovu) a dávají je do souvislosti s obsahy výtvarné výchovy. V prvním úseku praktické části této práce jsou navrženy konkrétní školní aktivity interdisciplinární povahy a obecné principy, na jejichž základě lze vystavět vyučovací jednotku integrující výtvarnou výchovu s českým jazykem a literaturou. Ve druhém úseku je předložen plán vyučovací jednotky na téma ilustrace, dále pak záznam a reflexe dvou realizací takto naplánované výuky, v rámci které byl uskutečněn pedagogický akční výzkum, jehož cílem bylo zdokonalit a zefektivnit budoucí výuku. Součástí práce je též analýza žákovských kreseb, jejíž výsledky byly využity k zodpovězení těchto výzkumných otázek: "Jaké motivy se nejčastěji objevují v... The thesis deals with the possibilities of integrating art education and Czech language and literature education. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part both subjects are introduced. The chapters devoted to art education deal with the factors that may influence its position in Czech schools. These chapters also deal with the main areas that art education is focused on (fine arts and visual culture) and with the didactic approaches that can be applied in art education. The chapters about Czech language and literature education describe its three components (language education, literature education and communication and style education) and relate them to the content of art education. In the first section of the practical part of this thesis, specific school activities of an interdisciplinary nature are proposed. Also, general principles are suggested on the basis of which a teaching unit integrating art education with Czech language and literature education can be built. In the second section, a plan for a teaching unit on the topic of illustration is presented, followed by a record of two implementations of the planned teaching unit, in which pedagogical action research was carried out to improve and streamline future teaching.
