Předkládaná bakalářská práce je věnována studiu efektů vysokých hydrostatic- kých tlaků na Ramanova spektra vybraných monoterpenů: (−)-fenchonu, (−)-karvonu, (−)-limonenu a (−)-α-pinenu. Spektra pod tlakem až 13 GPa byla získána s využitím di- amantové tlakové cely. U všech látek došlo k znatelnému posunu poloh maxim vibračních pásů a k výrazným změnám jejich intenzity. U (−)-fenchonu a (−)-α-pinenu byl u vy- braných vibračních pásů pozorován "anomální" pokles vibrační frekvence s tlakem, který v případě (−)-fenchonu souhlasí s dostupnými výsledky tlakových měření na strukturně blízkém kafru. Tlakem indukované spektrální a strukturní změny byly též modelovány s využitím klasických i kvantově-mechanických simulačních metod. 1 The presented bachelor thesis focuses on the effects of high hydrostatic pressure on Raman spectra of selected monoterpenes: (−)-fenchone, (−)-carvone, (−)-limonene and (−)-α-pinene. The spectra under pressures up to 13 GPa were obtained using a diamond anvil cell. All compounds show a significant shift of vibration peak maxima and a change of their intensity. In the case of (−)-fenchone and (−)-α-pinene an "anomalous" decrease of vibrational frequency with increasing pressure was observed, which for (−)-fenchone corresponds to available results of high pressure experiments on structurally similar cam- phor. Pressure-induced spectral and structural changes were also modelled using both classical and quantum-mechanical simulation methods. 1
