Diplomová práce je věnována tématu sociální práce ve zdravotnictví. Přímo se zabývá možností jejího propojení s primární zdravotní péčí v rámci spolupráce všeobecných praktických lékařů pro dospělé se zdravotně-sociálními pracovníky. Teoretická část objasňuje nejen pojmy a aspekty spojené se stárnutím, ale věnuje se také zdravotním charakteristikám u seniorů a sociálním dopadům nemocí spojených s vyšším věkem. Tato teoretická témata doplňují dvě kazuistiky z praxe. Kvalitativní výzkum umožnil prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů pochopit a interpretovat mínění všeobecných praktických lékařů pro dospělé. Rozhovory specifikovaly nejen jejich vnímanou pozici a standardní postupy, ale i nastavené podmínky a limity zdravotně-sociálního pomezí v oblasti péče o seniory v jejich soukromých praxích. Hlavním cílem práce bylo odhalit, jak tito lékaři vnímají případnou spolupráci se zdravotně-sociálním pracovníkem v rámci depistáže a péče nejen o rizikové seniory. A odpovědět tak na hlavní výzkumnou otázku. V závěru práce je proto pro... This diploma thesis is dedicated to the topic of social work in healthcare. It deals directly with the possibility of linking this with primary healthcare within the framework of cooperation between general practitioners for adults and healthcare social workers. The theoretical part clarifies not only the concepts and aspects related to ageing, but also the health characteristics of senior citizens and the social impact of age-related diseases. These theoretical topics are complemented by two case reports from practice. Qualitative research enabled the views of general practitioners for adults to be understood and interpreted through semi-structured interviews. The interviews specified not only their perceived position and standard practices, but also the set conditions and points of friction on the borderline between healthcare and provision of social services in care for the elderly in their private practices. The main aim of the thesis was to reveal how these doctors perceive possible cooperation with a healthcare social worker in the context of screening and care not only for high-risk senior citizens.
