práce: Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem bolesti u pacientů s roztroušenou sklerózou. Cílem práce je zmapovat výskyt bolesti mezi pacienty s roztroušenou sklerózou, její lokalizaci, časový průběh, vyvolávající faktory, typ, charakter, intenzitu a některé její další aspekty prostřednictvím zkrácené české formy standardizovaného dotazníku McGillovy univerzity. Práce je složena z části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá jednak problematikou bolesti obecně, ale také se zaměřuje na jednotlivé typy bolesti, které jsou charakteristické pro roztroušenou sklerózu. Praktická část se opírá o sběr dat pomocí dotazníkového šetření, které se zaměřuje na zmapování výskytu bolesti, její umístění, charakter, délku trvání, intenzitu a další případné související faktory. Ke sběru dat jsem využila kratší formu české verze standardizovaného dotazníku McGillovy univerzity. Dotazníkové šetření bylo uskutečněno u pacientů Centra pro demyelinizační onemocnění Neurologické kliniky 1. LF UK a VFN v Praze, kterým byl předložen dotazník v papírové podobě. Informace, které jsem získala jsem zpracovala do grafů a tabulek. Výsledky ukázaly, že bolest je přítomna u 60 % respondentů s roztroušenou sklerózou, nejčastěji je lokalizovaná v oblasti páteře a dolních končetin. Intenzita bolesti se pohybuje spíše v nižších... The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of pain in patients with multiple sclerosis. The aim of the thesis is to map the prevalence of pain among patients with multiple sclerosis, its localization, time course, triggering factors, type, character, intensity and some other aspects pain through a shortened Czech form of the standardized questionnaire of McGill University. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the issue of pain in general, but also focuses on the individual types of pain that are characteristic of multiple sclerosis. The practical part relies on data collection by means of a questionnaire survey that focuses on mapping the prevalence of pain, its location, haracter, duration, intensity and other possible related factors. To collect data, I used a shorter form of the Czech version of the standardized McGill University questionnaire. The questionnaire survey was carried out with patients of the Centre for Demyelinating Diseases, Department of Neurology 1. LF UK and VFN in Prague, who were given a paper questionnaire. The information I obtained was processed into graphs and tables.
