Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na vyhodnocení výkonnosti podniku zabývajícího se zakázkovou výrobou doplňků stravy. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou, výpočetní a hodnotící část. K hodnocení výkonnosti jsou využity vybrané ukazatele finanční analýzy, jejich soustavy, ekonomická přidaná hodnota, a nakonec strategická analýza SWOT. V poslední části jsou vývoje jednotlivých ukazatele pomocí grafů zhodnoceny, porovnány s oborovými průměry, doporučenými hodnotami a mezi sebou. The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the performance of a company engaged in the custom manufacturing of dietary supplements. The thesis is divided into theoretical, computational and evaluation parts. To evaluate the performance, selected indicators of financial analysis, their systems, economic value added, and finally strategic SWOT analysis are used. In the last part, the development of each indicator is evaluated using graphs, compared with industry averages, recommended values and among themselves.
