Úvod: Fyzioterapie je celosvětově nepostradatelnou součástí medicíny, pomáhající s celou škálou problémů napříč populací. Myšlenkou této práce se stal předpoklad, že studenti fyzioterapie sami profitují z nabytých vědomostí k udržování a zlepšování svého vlastního zdraví, což je důležité zejména s ohledem na fyzickou náročnost oboru fyzioterapie. Cíle: Cílem této práce je zjistit, formou longitudinální observační studie, zdali se u studentů fyzioterapie studujících na 3. LF UK vyskytují funkční poruchy pohybového systému a pokud ano, jak se vyvíjejí v čase v průběhu studia. Metody: Výzkumné studie se zúčastnilo 16 studentů (2 muži a 14 žen, průměrný věk 20,28 let). Měření proběhly dvě, první na začátku prvního ročníku studia ihned po nástupu na vysokou školu a druhé na konci druhého ročníku studia. Sběr dat probíhal v Laboratoři sportovní motoriky na Fakultě tělesné výchovy a sportu Univerzity Karlovy pod odborným dohledem pracovníků katedry. Hodnocenými parametry byly: úroveň pohybové aktivity, která byla měřena pomocí zkrácené formy Mezinárodního dotazníku pohybové aktivity, rozdíl segmentálního rozložení svalové hmoty získané analýzou bioelektrické impedance a posturální stabilita zjištěná pomocí tenzometrické podložky zkoumána parametrem celková dráha výchylek středu tlakového působení těla do... Introduction: Physical therapy is an essential part of medicine worldwide, helping with a wide range of issues across the population. The idea of this study was based on the assumption that physical therapy students themselves benefit from the acquired knowledge to maintain and improve their own health, which is particularly important given the physical demands of the physical therapy field. Objective: The aim of this study is to determine through a longitudinal, observational study, whether functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system occur in physical therapy students studying at the 3rd Faculty of Medicine of Charles University, and if so, how they develop over time during their studies. Methods: The research study involved 16 students (2 males and 14 females, with an average age of 20.28 years.) The measurements took place twice, once at the beginning of the first year of study immediately following enrollment at the university, and once at the end of the second year of study. Data collection was carried out at the Laboratory of Sports at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Charles University under the supervision of department staff.
