Cílem této práce je prozkoumat na základě dochovaných biskupských lenních listin vazby olomouckého lenního práva za episkopátu Bruna ze Schauenburku na právo ministeriálů magdeburského arcibiskupa a lenní právo obsažené v Saském zrcadle, které jsou jeho předpokládanými vzory. Student vymezí jejich podobnosti i odlišnosti se zvláštním zřetelem na otázku samostatného vývoje a specifika lenního práva v olomoucké diecézi již v raném období. Zdroje pro tuto práci představují zejména pragmatické prameny, a to buď edičně zpracované nebo digitálně zpřístupněné, a tematicky relevantní domácí i zahraniční odborná literatura. Klíčová slova: 13. století, olomoucké biskupství, lenní právo, ministeriální právo, Saské zrcadlo The goal of this thesis is to inquire into the influence of both the ministerial law of the archbishop of Magdeburg and the feudal law included in "Sachsenspiegel", which are the projected model law systems to the feudal law of the bishopric of Olomouc, on the feudal law of the bishopric during the episcopacy of Bruno of Schauenburg on the basis of the preserved episcopal feudal charters. The student will define their similarities and differences with special regard to the matter of the independent development and specifics of the feudal law of the bishopric in its early stage. The sources for this thesis primarily consist of the original sources, which are either compiled in editions or are digitally available, and relevant domestic and foreign academic literature.
