Diplomova prace pojednava o komunikaci manaZeri s problémovymi zaméstnanci. Za problémové zaméstnance nejsou povazovani jen jedinci, kterym pfislusi diagnostické kategorie ur¢ité dusevni poruchy, ale jsou zahrnuti také ti, ktefi se podili napiiklad na Skodlivém pracovnim prostiedi a nedostateéném pracovnim vykonu. Velkou inspiraci k diplomové praci jsou myslenky klinického a forenzniho psychologa, Laurence Millera, ktery se zabyval komunikaci a fungovanim problémovych zaméstnanct v organizaci. Cilem diplomové prace je identifikace typt problémovych zaméstnanct a identifikace efektivni komunikace manazera snimi. Soucasti diplomové prace je 1 empirické Setfeni, jehoz cilem je identifikace zaméstnancl, které manazefi vnimaji jako problémové v organizaci zajistujici méstskou hromadnou dopravu a zjisténi komunikacnich technik s nimi. V pfipadé dané organizace je predpokladan vyssi vyskyt patologii a nezadouciho chovani, jelikoz se jedna o prostiedi se specifickou firemni kulturou organizace. Kvalitativni empirické Setfeni je realizovano metodou rozhovort s osmi osobami na vedoucich pozicich. As problematic employees are not just perceived individuals, who have been categorized with specific mental illness, but employees participating in a toxic working environment and insufficient work performance are also included. Big inspiration for my diploma thesis are thoughts of clinical and forensic psychologist Laurence Miller, who was dealing with communication and functioning problematic employees in organizations. The aim of this diploma thesis is identification of problematic employees and identification of effective communication of managers with them. Empirical research also is a part of diploma thesis and its aim is to ascertain communication techniques of managers with problematic employees and identification of problematic employees in an organization providing urban public transport company. In an organization providing urban public transport is assumed a higher incident of pathologies and undesirable behaviour, as it is an environment with specific company culture. A qualitative empirical investigation is carried out by the method of interviews with eight persons in leading positions.
