cze Abstract:
[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na formování a organizování komunitního života, neinstitucionální aktivity a identitu ukrajinské menšiny v Praze a středních Čechách v období od 90. let (1991) do roku 2004. Vybrané časové pole vymezuje vznik samostatné Ukrajiny, a s ním spojenou mnohem větší svobodu cestovat do jiných evropských zemí za prací, a Oranžovou revoluci, tedy první zásadní polarizační politický konflikt Ukrajinské republiky. Ten mohl mít dopad i na komunitu v Čechách a zaměření její činnosti. Autorka si klade si klade za cíl aplikovat metodologii transnacionální migrace a diaspora studies na vybranou pramennou základnu (především z produkce spolků ukrajinské národní menšiny v ČR). Stěžejní částí práce je podrobná analýza výstupů dvou výrazných výstupů krajanských spolků - časopisu Porohy a dokumentárního filmu Easy Answer a pojmenování jejích transnacionálních a/nebo diasporních aspektů. Práce také poskytuje vhled do toho, jakou cestu ušla ukrajinská národnostní menšina aktivní v Česku od pádu státního socialismu do roku 2004.The bachelor thesis focuses on the formation and organisation of community life, non-institutional activities, and identity of the Ukrainian minority in Prague and Central Bohemia from the 1990s (1991) to 2004. The start of the chosen time period is defined by the emergence of an independent Ukrainian state and the associated freedom to travel to other European countries for work due to the collapse of the Soviet Union. On its other end stands the Orange Revolution - the first major polarising political conflict of the Ukrainian Republic, which may also have impacted the community in the Czech Republic and its activities. The author aims to apply the methodology of transnational migration and diaspora studies to the selected source base (mainly from the production of associations of the Ukrainian national minority in the Czech Republic). The central part of the thesis entails a detailed analysis of two distinctive outputs of the compatriot associations - the magazine Porohy and the documentary film Easy Answer - and the labelling of its transnational and/or diasporic aspects. The thesis also provides insight into the journey taken by the Ukrainian national minority in the Czech Republic from the fall of state socialism to 2004.
