Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem pařížského exilu (1983-1995) v díle a životě palestinského básníka a prozaika Maḥmúda Darwíše. Na základě sebraných rozhovorů s autorem samotným a dostupných publikací si práce klade za cíl poskytnout komplexní obraz na Darwíšův více než desetiletý pobyt v Paříži, specifikovat jeho tehdejší literární tvorbu a vytvořit obraz Darwíšovy pařížské zkušenosti. Tato bakalářská práce je jedním z prvních ucelených popisů zejména jeho společenských a literárních aktivit, které nám přináší různé náhledy nejen na jeho tehdejší život, ale také literární tvorbu. Cílem práce je nejen nabídnout vhled do Darwíšova života v Paříži ze společenského hlediska, ale také poskytnout ucelenější obraz jeho tehdejší literární tvorby. The bachelor's thesis deals with the theme of exile in Paris (1983-1995) in the work and life of the Palestinian poet and prosaist Maḥmoud Darwish. Based on collected interviews with the author himself and available publications, the work aims to provide a comprehensive picture of Darwish's more than ten-year stay in Paris, specify his literary work at that time, and create a picture of Darwish's Parisian experience. This bachelor's thesis is one of the first comprehensive descriptions of his social and literary activities in particular, which brings us various insights not only into his life at that time, but also into his literary work. The aim of the work is not only to offer an insight into Darwish's life in Paris from a social point of view, but also to provide a more comprehensive picture of his literary work.
