Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na spisovou a předarchivní službu vedenou na městském úřadě v Libčicích nad Vltavou, kde jsem zaměstnána, tudíž mohu v praktické části popsat některé kroky z vlastní zkušenosti a porovnat je s platnou legislativou. Součástí práce je teoretická část zaměřena na historii spisové služby a její vedení, na legislativní požadavky, a to obzvláště ve spojení se snahou o digitalizaci státní správy. The bachelor's thesis is focused on the file and archive service run at the municipal office in Libčice nad Vltavou, where I am employed, so in the practical part I can describe some steps from my own experience and compare them with valid legislation. The teoretical part of the work is focused on the history of the file service and its management,on legislative requirements, especially in connection with the efforts to digitize state administration.
