Název: Metoda Y - Balance Test jako možný identifikátor návratu po zranění kolene Cíle: Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jakou dynamickou posturální stabilitu vykazují sportující osoby s časovým odstupem po zranění kolenního kloubu. Dále porovnat sportující osoby po poranění kolenního kloubu, které jsou již v plné sportovní zátěži s těmi, které zatím v plné sportovní zátěži nejsou. Zjistit, zda má na úroveň dynamické posturální stability vliv na množství svalové hmoty na dolních končetinách. Porovnat dynamickou posturální stabilitu u jedinců po úrazu vazů s jedinci po úrazu menisků. A zjistit tak, zda lze použít Y - Balance Test jako možný identifikátor návratu ke sportu po poranění kolenního kloubu. Metody: Výzkumu se zúčastnilo celkem 30 sportujících jedinců, kteří byli různě dlouhou dobu po poranění či operaci kolenního kloubu. Všichni tito probandi byli testováni testem dynamické posturální stability Y - Balance Testem pro dolní končetiny a byli měřeni bioimpedanční váhou Tanita. Všechna měření proběhla v tělocvičně fyzioterapie na katedře fyzioterapie FTVS v rozmezí od březena 2022 do březena 2023. Statistické vyhodnocení bylo provedeno v programu RStudio (verze 2023.03.0+386, R verze 4.2.3). Při vyhodnocování byly stanoveny závěry na 5% hladině významnosti. Výsledky: Studie prokázala... Title: Method Y - Balance Test as a possible identifier of the return after the knee injury Objectives: The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out what kind of dynamic postural stability sports persons show after a certain time after a knee joint injury. Furthermore, to compare sports persons after a knee joint injury who are already in full sports load with those who are not yet in full sports load. To find out whether the amount of muscle mass on the lower limbs has an effect on the level of dynamic postural stability. To compare the dynamic postural stability in individuals after the ligament injury with individuals after the meniscal injury. And thus find out whether the Y - Balance Test can be used as a possible identifier of the return to sports after a knee joint injury. Methods: A total of 30 sports persons took part in the research, who were for various lengths of time after knee joint injury or surgery. All these probands were tested with the dynamic postural stability test Y - Balance Test for the lower limbs and were measured with a Tanita bioimpedance scale. All measurements took place in the physiotherapy gym at the FTVS Department of Physiotherapy between March 2022 and March 2023.
