(česky) Tato diplomová práce se ve své teoretické části zabývá identitou dítěte se zaměřením na její vývoj, možné poruchy a obtíže u dětí v náhradní rodinné péči, konkrétně pak v pěstounské péči. Práce dále nabízí čtenáři vhled do rolí doprovázejících pracovníků a možností podpory, které mohou rodinám v této oblasti poskytnout. Vyhodnocení je založeno na výsledcích kvalitativního výzkumu, který byl proveden formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se sociálními pracovníky z OSPOD a doprovázejících organizací. Práce analyzuje kladné aspekty těchto podpůrných opatření, stejně jako úskalí, která s sebou mohou nést. (in English) This master's thesis deals with the identity of a child, focusing on its development, possible disorders and difficulties among children in foster care, specifically in foster families, in its theoretical part. The thesis also provides insight into the role of accompanying workers and the possibilities of support they can offer to families in this field. The evaluation is based on the results of a qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews with social workers from child protection services and accompanying organizations. The thesis analyzes the positive aspects of these supportive measures as well as the challenges they may bring.
