Vedoucí práce MUDr. Jiřina Ondrušová, PhD. Bakalářská práce pojednává o psychosociální problematice dialyzovaných pacientů. Teoretická část se popisuje funkci a selhání ledvin, možnosti léčby CKD - hemodialýzu, peritoneální dialýzu a transplantaci. Dále se věnuje kvalitě života dialyzovaných pacientů, jejím dimenzím, faktorům, které ji ovlivňují, a jejímu měření. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje psychologické a sociální aspekty, se kterými se pacienti s CKD potýkají. Poslední kapitola popisuje paliativní péči u pacientů s CKD, její typy, psychologické a etické aspekty a sociální práci. V praktické části jsem zvolila kvalitativní metodu k získání dat pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Cílem práce je popsat psychosociální problematiku dialyzovaných pacientů a zjistit, do jaké míry dialýza ovlivňuje kvalitu života. MAJKOVA, Anna. Psychosocial problematice of dialysis patients. The bachelor thesis deals with psychosocial problems of dialysis patients. The theoretical part describes the function and failure of kidneys, treatment options for CKD - hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and transplantation. It also discusses the quality of life of dialysis patients, its dimensions, factors that influence it and its measurement. The fourth chapter describes the psychological and social aspects faced by CKD patients. The last chapter describes palliative care in CKD patients, its types, psychological and ethical aspects, and social work. In the practical part, I chose a qualitative method to collect data using a semi-structured interview. The aim is to describe the psychosocial issues of dialysis patients and to find out to what extent dialysis affects quality of life.
