Název: Práce s talentovanou mládeží v Českém florbale Cíle: Cílem této práce je reflektovat práci s talentovanou mládeží ve spolku s názvem Český florbal, který je představitelem a organizátorem florbalu v České republice a zpracování průběhu Kempu talentované mládeže. Metody: V této práci jsem z velké části použil metodu přímého pozorování. Déle pak teoretické poznávání, analýzu a rešerši české a zahraniční literatury. Výsledky: Reflektování práce s talentovanou mládeží je zpracováno na základě účasti na Kempu talentované mládeže. Došlo k vytvoření a zpracování průběhu kempu a to převážně se zaměřením na hlavní části tréninkových jednotek. Title: The work with talented youth in the Czech floorball Objectives: The aim of this work is to reflect on management of talented youth in the association called Czech floorball, which is the representative and organizer of floorball in the Czech Republic and processing of course of the camp. Methods: In my thesis I used the observational method of direct observation for the most part. I also applied methods of theoretical knowledge, analysis and research of Czech and foreign literature. Results: Reflection on management of talented youth, that is based on participation at the camp for talented youth.
