Tématem diplomové práce je syndrom vyhoření a případné riziko jeho vzniku u učitelů 2. stupně v Libereckém kraji. Teoretická část práce je soustředěna na popis syndromu vyhoření, vymezení důležitých pojmů, popis příčin, symptomů a fází syndromu vyhoření. V práci je vymezen pojem profese učitele a nalezneme zde celkové seznámení s danou problematikou syndromu vyhoření ve spojení s učitelskou profesí. Tato část je zakončena kapitolou o prevenci syndromu vyhoření. Praktická část se zaměřuje na zjištění míry syndromu vyhoření u učitelů 2. stupně v Libereckém kraji. Zjištění byla získána na základě kvantitativního výzkumu, metodou standardizovaného dotazníku. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit zda, a případně v jaké míře se u zmíněných učitelů objevuje syndrom vyhoření, a to za pomoci využití standardizovaného dotazníku CBI (Copenhagen Burnout Inventory). V závěru práce nalezneme návrh opatření a diskusi na dané téma syndromu vyhoření. The main subject of this diploma thesis is burnout syndrome and risk of its occurrence in primary school teachers in Liberec region. Theoretical part is focused on description of burnout syndrome. It defines main areas like symptoms, phases and causes in general ways, also defines main terms like "teacher" and it describes theory of burnout syndrome in general. In the end of the theoretical part there is chapter focused on prevention of burnout syndrome. The practical part is focused on rate of burnout syndrome of primary teachers. The research survey is done quantitatively. The survey uses a standardised method. The main goal of this research is to find out whether the mentioned teachers have a burnout syndrome. It will be tested by use of Copenhagen Burnout Inventory. There is precaution suggestion and discussion in the end of this thesis.
