Bakalářská práce řeší projektovou dokumentaci pro provádění stavby k návrhu bytového domu na ulici Lutopecká v Kroměříži. Záměr výstavby je situován v západní části města Kroměříž, jedná se o samostatně stojící objekt o čtyřech nadzemních podlažích a jednom suterénním podlaží. Bytový dům má půdorys obdélníkového tvaru a je členěn na dvě části se samostatnými vstupy, každému vstupu náleží 15 bytových jednotek tudíž v celém objektu je navrženo celkově 30 bytových jednotek. Navrhují se byty o dispozicích 1+kk, 2+kk a 3+kk. Podzemní podlaží je využíváno pro technické zázemí objektu a skladovací prostory pro obyvatele domu. Dům je založen na železobetonové základové desce z vodostavebního betonu. Obvodové stěny domu jsou navrženy kombinací železobetonových monolitických stěn a vyzdívek z keramických tvárnic. Nosné vodorovné konstrukce jsou z železobetonových monolitických desek. Celý objekt je zastřešen plochou střechou s extenzivní vegetací. Dům je opláštěn kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS s minerální vatou. Součástí práce bylo též zpracování základního posouzení stavební fyziky a požárně bezpečnostního řešení objektu. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout budovu s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie s vhodně vyřešenou dispozicí. The bachelor thesis deals with the project documentation for building an apartment house in Lutopecká street in Kroměříž. The designed building is located in the western part of the town of Kroměříž, it is a detached building with four floors above ground and a basement. The residential building has a rectangular ground plan and is divided into two parts with separate entrances, each entrance has 15 residential units, so the total number of residential units in the whole building is proposed to be 30. The proposed apartments have a layout of 1+kk, 2+kk and 3+kk. The basement will be used for the technical background of the building and storage space for the residents of the building. The house is based on a monolithic reinforced concrete foundation slab made of waterproof concrete. The exterior walls of the house are a combination of monolithic reinforced concrete walls and ceramic bricks. The ceiling structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The entire building is covered by a flat roof with extensive vegetation. Building is clad with an ETICS system using mineral wool. The work also included a basic assessment of the building physics and fire safety design of the building.
