Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou opotřebení vyměnitelných břitových destiček při technologii soustružení. Pro experiment byly použity tři varianty vyměnitelných břitových destiček, všechny od výrobce Dormer Pramet s.r.o. Těmito břitovými destičkami byly postupně upichovány dva různé materiály. Jednalo se o ložiskovou ocel ČSN 14 109 a korozivzdornou ocel ČSN 17 349. Práce obsahuje teoretickou část, která je věnovaná technologii soustružení a teorii opotřebení. Experimentální část popisuje postup řezných zkoušek, měření a analýzu získaných dat. V závěru této práce jsou provedeny dodatečné analýzy, které mají za cíl odhalit příčiny proměnlivosti některých dosažených výsledků. This thesis deals with the analysis of wear of replaceable cutting inserts in turning technology. For the experiment three variants of replaceable cutting inserts were used, all from the manufacturer Dormer Pramet s.r.o. These cutting inserts were used for the successive lapping of two different materials. These were bearing steel ČSN 14 109 and stainless steel ČSN 17 349. The thesis contains a theoretical part which is devoted to turning technology and wear theory. The experimental part describes the cutting test procedure, measurements and analysis of the data obtained. At the end of this thesis, additional analyses are performed to reveal the reasons for the variability of some results.
