V této práci je vypracován návrh optimalizace stínítka lampy. Cílem optimalizace je použití dostupnějších dílů v sestavě a využití technologie pro velkosériovou výrobu. Pro zvolenou technologii je provedená literární studie. Jsou provedeny technologické výpočty koeficientu tažení, rozměrů výtažků, rozměry tažníků, výpočet tažné a přidržovací síly, návrh konstrukce nástrojů, návrh vhodného stroje a byla provedena simulace v programu PAM-STAMP. Na základě výstupů z programu do Keller-Goodwinova diagramu je součást vyrobitelná. V závěru je určeno, že pro zvolenou technologii hlubokého tažení bude tažen stupňovitý výtažek na pět operací a šestá závěrečná operace je kalibrační. Stroj je zvolen hydraulický lis od firmy HŠV Polička z důvodu, že firma je schopna dodat přídavné příslušenství v podobě vyhazovačů a upravit výšku rozevření stroje. Nástroj je rozdělen na dvě části z důvodu velkého počtu operací. In this thesis is worked out for the optimization of the lamp shade is developed. The aim of the optimization is to use more affordable parts in the assembly and to use technology for largescale production. A literature study is carried out for the chosen technology. The technological calculations of the drag coefficient, the dimensions of the extractions, the dimensions of the pullers, the calculation of the pulling and holding force, the design of the construction of the tools, the design of a suitable machine and the simulation in the PAM-STAMP program were carried out. Based on the outputs from the program to the Keller-Goodwin diagram, the part is manufacturable. In conclusion, it is determined that for the selected deep drawing technology, a graded extract will be drawn for five operations, and the sixth final operation is a calibration one. The machine chosen is a hydraulic press from the company HŠV Polička because the company is able to supply additional accessories in the form of ejectors and adjust the opening height of the machine. The tool is divided into two parts due to the large number of operations.
