Diplomová práce se zabývá společenskou odpovědností podniku a jejím vlivem na rozhodování uchazečů o zaměstnání. V teoretické části práce autorka nejdříve představuje koncept CSR, jeho definice, pojetí tří pilířů a prolnutí řízení lidských zdrojů a CSR. V rámci praktické části byla provedená analýza společenské odpovědnosti vybrané firmy, a byl realizován výzkum. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, jestli společenská odpovědnost firem nějakým způsobem ovlivňuje rozhodování uchazečů o zaměstnání při výběru podniku. Dále byly předloženy návrhy na zlepšení CSR aktivit pro vybraný podnik. The diploma thesis focuses on corporate social responsibility and its influence on decision of applicants for employment. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the concept of CSR, its definition and the concept of three pillars and the interweaving of human resource management and CSR. The practical part of the thesis consists of an analysis of the social responsibility of the selected company, and a research was carried out. The aim of the research was to find out if the corporate social responsibility in any way influences the decision making of job applicants when choosing a company. Furthermore, proposals were presented to improve CSR activities for the selected company.
