Diplomová práca sa zaoberá využitím metód projektového managementu v praxi, konkrétne návrhom zavedenia smart riešenia odpadového hospodárstva vo verejnej správe. Úvodná časť je venovaná teoretickým východiskám, na ktorých základoch je vykonaná analýza prostredia mesta, návrh a následná implementácia systému. The diploma thesis deals with the use of project management methods in practice, specifically the proposal to introduce a smart waste management solution in public administration. The introductory part is devoted to the theoretical starting points, on which basis analysis of the city environment is made and the design and subsequent implementation of the system is carried out.
