Klíčovým cílem diplomové práce je na základě teoretické rešerše a provedených analýz navrhnout opatření rozvíjející klíčové aktivity zvolené organizace s využitím podpory digitálních technologií. Výstupem této práce je návrh změn konceptu řízení lidských zdrojů v této organizaci. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí, skládá se z teoretické, analytické a návrhové části, kde jsou vypracována doporučení na základě poznatků získaných z provedených analýz. Teoretická část této práce se zabývá školstvím a řízením lidských zdrojů v této oblasti, v analytické části se potom práce zaměří na přínosy a nežádoucí vlivy digitalizace a na to, jak se konkrétní škola v Lomnici zachovala v období pandemie. Výchozím bodem je návrhová část, která navrhuje postupy pro rozvoj koncepce lidských zdrojů organizace v případě, že by byl opět nucen přejít na distanční výuku pomocí nových digitálních pomůcek. Pro vytvoření návrhové části byla použita především PEST analýza, SWOT analýza a dotazníkové šetření. The key goal of the diploma thesis is to propose measures for developing the key activities of the chosen organization using the support of digital technologies, based on the theoretical research and the performed analyses. The output of this work is a proposal for changes to the concept of human resources management in this organization. The work is divided into three parts, consisting of a theoretical, analytical and design part, where recommendations are developed based on the knowledge obtained from the performed analyses. The theoretical part of this work deals with education and human resource management in this area, in the analytical part the work will then focus on the benefits and undesirable effects of digitization and on how a specific school in Lomnica behaved during the pandemic. The starting point is the design part, which suggests procedures for the development of the organization's human resources concept in the event that it is again forced to switch to distance learning using new digital tools. PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and questionnaire survey were mainly used to create the design part.
