Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením obchodní a finanční výkonnosti podniku pomocí metody benchmarkingu. Vybraným podnikem je společnost Smurfit Kappa Olomouc s.r.o., která se zaměřuje na výrobu papírových obalů. Zkoumaná společnost bude srovnána s vhodnými konkurenčními společnostmi. Cílem diplomové práce je odhalitslabé stránky a navrhnout řešení, která povedou ke zlepšení výkonnosti podniku. The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of business and financial performance of a company using the benchmarking method. The selected company is Smurfit Kappa Olomouc s.r.o., which focuses on the production of paper packaging. The company under study will be compared with suitable competitors. The aim of the thesis is to reveal the weaknesses and propose solutions that will lead to an improvement of the company's performance.
