Diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením finanční situace vybrané mezinárodně působící společnosti. Teoretická část práce vymezuje jednotlivé finanční ukazatele a metody mezipodnikového srovnání. Tyto poznatky jsou následně využity při tvorbě analytické části. Ze zjištěných nedostatků v rámci provedených analýz a mezipodnikového srovnání jsou v poslední návrhové části popsány opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení stávající finanční situace společnosti. The diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the financial situation of a selected internationally operating company. The theoretical part of the thesis defines individual financial indicators and methods of inter-company comparison. These findings are subsequently used in the creation of the analytical part. The last part of the proposal describes the measures leading to the improvement of the current financial situation of the company from the identified shortcomings in the framework of the analyzes and inter-company comparisons.
