Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení výkonnosti podniku CIE METAL CZ, s.r.o. pomocí finanční a strategické analýzy a na základě výsledků analýz navrhuje implementaci modelu Balanced Scorecard. Cílem navrženého modelu Balanced Scorecard je nastavení strategických cílů a měřítek, které mohou vést k zvýšení výkonnosti vybraného podniku. The master’s thesis focuses on the evaluation of the performance of CIE METAL CZ, s.r.o. using financial and strategic analysis and based on the results of the analysis proposes the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard model. The aim of the proposed Balanced Scorecard model is to set strategic goals and metrics that may lead to increase the performance of the selected company.
