Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem rozvoje obchodní strategie společnosti zabývající se pražením kávy. Teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerši v oblasti řízení rozvoje a růstu firem, pojetí obchodní strategie u malých podniků a vybraných analyticko-výzkumných metod vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí podniku. Analytická část se zaměřuje na dílčí zhodnocení v oblasti výběru vhodné lokality pro umístění pobočky na vymezeném trhu a dalších klíčových oblastí pro návrh varianty vedoucí k nastavení vhodné obchodní strategie. Návrhová část obsahuje výběr a zpracování zvolené varianty, která je rozpracována do plánu implementace včetně zhodnocení potenciálních rizik. The diploma thesis deals with the proposal for the development of the business strategy of a coffee roasting company. The theoretical part contains literary research in the field of managing the development and growth of companies, the concept of business strategy for small businesses and selected analytical and research methods of the internal and external environment of the company. The analytical part focuses on a partial evaluation in the area of choosing a suitable location for the location of a branch in a defined market and other key areas for the design of a variant leading to the setting of a suitable business strategy. The proposal part contains the selection and processing of the selected variant, which is developed into an implementation plan, including evaluation of possible risks.
