Táto práca sa zaoberá témou projektového riadenia. Na začiatku sú v teoretickej časti popísané pojmy súvisiace s touto témou, ako projekt, projektový manažér a jeho rola v projekte, životný cyklus projektu či porovnanie vodopádového a agilného prístupu. V analytickej časti sú následne rozobrané a analyzované vnútorné a vonkajšie prostredie vybranej spoločnosti. Na záver, v praktickej či návrhovej časti tejto práce, je navrhnutý plán projektu výstavby novej automatizovanej výrobnej haly a skladu. This thesis deals with the topic of project management. At the beginning, the theoretical part describes the concepts related to this topic, such as project, project manager and his role in the project, project life cycle or comparison of waterfall and agile approach. The analytical part then discusses and analyses the internal and external environment of the selected company. Finally, in the practical or design part of this thesis, a project plan for the construction of a new automated production hall and warehouse is proposed.
