Vysoké a neustále se měnící ceny energií nás vedou ke snahám o efektivní řešení energetické stránky rodinných domů. Pro efektivitu vytápění rodinného domu je potřeba provést vhodná opatření. Tato práce se zabývá opatřeními ke snížení tepelných ztrát a jednotlivými zdroji vytápění. Při správné kombinaci lze snížit energetickou náročnost rodinného domu a zajistit ekologický a levný provoz. V závěrečné části práce jsou jednotlivé opatření navrhnuty a zhodnoceny na modelovém rodinném domě. Výpočet je proveden za pomocí energetického výpočetního programu Energie 2023. Hlavním výstupem je finanční návratnost jednotlivých opatření a jejich porovnání. Nakonec je uvažována kombinace těchto opatření a její ekonomické zhodnocení. High and constantly changing energy prices lead us to effort for efficient solutions in the energy aspect of houses. Suitable measures need to be taken to ensure the efficiency of heating in a family house. This work deals with measures to reduce heat losses and the choice of heating sources. Through the right combination, it is possible to reduce the energy demand of a family house and ensure environmentally friendly and cost-effective operation. In the final part of the thesis, individual measures are proposed and evaluated on a model family house. The calculation is performed using the energy calculation program Energie 2023. The main outcome is the financial return of individual measures and their comparison. At the end, the combination of these measures is considered along eith its economic evaluation.
