Bakalářská práce se nejprve zabývá základní teorií o technologii stříhání, jejího procesu a kvalitě střižné plochy. Dále se zaměřuje na technologii postupového střihání. Jsou důkladně popsány její výhody a nevýhody, přičemž je dále porovnána s dalšími způsoby stříhání ve střihadlech. Následuje popis jednotlivých součástí střihadla, uvedení jejich funkce a využití. Je proveden rozbor materiálových požadavků na nástroje a uvedení jejich tepelného zpracování. Poslední část je zaměřena na zhodnocení a přínos této technologie. The bachelor thesis first covers the basic theory of shearing technology, its process and the quality of the shearing surface. Then it focuses on the technology of progressive shearing. Its advantages and disadvantages are thoroughly described, and furthermore it is compared with other shearing methods in cutting dies. This is followed by a description of the individual components of the die and an explanation of their function and use. The material requirements of the tools are discussed and their heat treatment is presented. The last part is focused on the evaluation and contribution of this technology.
