Práce se zabývá návrhem výroby spodního ovládajícího ramene zadní nápravy ze slitiny hliníku EN AW-6082 T6 na automobil Porsche 996. Pro výrobu je zvolena technologie zápustkového kování na vřetenových lisech, na kterou je zaměřena teoretická část práce. V úvodu praktické části je zhodnocena technologičnost, vyrobitelnost součásti a dle norem určeny základní parametry procesu jako jsou technologické přídavky, přídavky na obrábění, mezní úchylky a tvar výronkové drážky. S pomocí sady průřezů je zkonstruován tvar ideálního předkovku. Na základě něj jsou stanoveny rozměry předkovku vyráběné příčným klínovým válcováním. Na tuto problematiku je navázán výběr dělení a ohřevu polotovaru. Na základě určených parametrů je zkonstruován kovací nástroj. Dále je proveden výpočet kovací síly dle Tomlenova, na základě, níž je zvolen vřetenový lis. Pro ověření funkčnosti kovacího nástroje s daným předkovkem a analýzy procesu včetně silových parametrů je provedena numerická simulace v softwaru Simufact Forming metodou konečných prvků. The thesis deals with the design of the production of the lower control arm of the rear axle made of aluminium alloy EN AW-6082 T6 for the Porsche 996. The technology of die forging on screw presses is chosen for the production, which is the focus of the theoretical part of the thesis. At the beginning of the practical part, the manufacturability of the part is evaluated and the basic process parameters such as technological allowances, machining allowances, limit deviations and the shape of the forging groove are determined according to the standards. With the help of a set of cross-sections, the shape of the ideal forging is constructed. Based on it, the dimensions of the forging produced by cross wedge rolling are determined. The selection of cutting and heating of the blank is related to this issue. Based on the determined parameters, a forging tool is constructed. Furthermore, the calculation of the forging force according to Tomlenov is performed, on the basis of which the screw press is selected. To verify the functionality of the forging tool with the given forging die and to analyze the process including the force parameters, numerical simulation is carried out in Simufact Forming software using finite element method.
