Práce je zaměřena na systém odměňování zaměstnanců a návrhů na zlepšení v dané společnosti. Práce je dělena na tři části, první část se zabývá teoretickými východisky, která jsou čerpána z odborné literatury a publikacích od různých autorů, kteří mají o dané problematice přehled. V druhé části je analyzován stávající systém odměňování ve společnosti a faktorů na něj působících. Třetí část, se zabývá konkrétními návrhy na zlepšení systému odměňování ve společnosti. The work is focused on the employee remuneration system and proposals for improvement in the given company. The thesis is divided into three parts, the first part deals with theoretical starting points, which are drawn from professional literature and publications by various authors who have an overview of the given issue. In the second part, the existing remuneration system in the company and the factors affecting it are analyzed. The third part deals with specific proposals for improving the remuneration system in the company.
