Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro vybraný podnik. V části teoretické, jsou rozebírány témata týkající se řešené problematiky. Z části teoretické vychází část analytická, rozebírající současný stav podniku a jeho okolí. Z těchto dvou částí vychází návrh řešení, kterým je daný podnikatelský plán. Plán má sloužit vybranému podniku k posouzení vhodnosti realizace podnikatelského záměru, kterým je uvedení nového produktu na trh. Na jeho základě se podnik rozhodne, zda uvést produkt na trh. The bachelor 's thesis main focus is on creating a business plan for selected company. In the theoretical part, topics related to the addressed issue are discussed. From the theoretical part comes the analytical part, analyzing the current state of the company and its surroundings. From these parts comes the proposed solution, which is the business plan. The plan is intended to serve the selected company to assess the suitability of the implementation of the business plan, which is to launch a new product on the market. Based on the plan, the company decides whether to launch the product on the market or not.
