Bakalářská práce zpracovává systém odměňování zaměstnanců a návrhy jeho změn. Práce je členěna na část první teoretickou, druhou analytickou a třetí návrhovou. První část zpracovává teoretická východiska práce, které vychází z odborné literatury a zabývají se odměňováním zaměstnanců. Část analytická zkoumá systém odměňování a dopady vnějších a vnitřních faktorů na společnost. Třetí návrhová část představuje konkrétní návrhy změn pro současný systém odměňování. The bachelor thesis processes the employee remuneration system and proposals for its changes. The thesis is divided into the first theoretical, the second analytical and the third propositional part. The first part processes the theoretical background of the thesis, which is based on the literature dealing with employee remuneration. The analytical part examines the remuneration system and the impact of external and internal factors on the company. The third propositional part presents specific proposals for changes to the current remuneration system.
