Bakalárska práca je zameraná na návrh systému odmeňovania zamestnancov vo vybranej spoločnosti. Je rozdelená na 3 časti. V prvej časti sú popísané teoretické východiská, ktoré vychádzajú z odborných publikácií od niekoľkých rôznych autorov, ktoré sa zaoberajú témou odmeňovania zamestnancov. Druhá časť je zameraná na analýzu súčasného stavu odmeňovania v spoločnosti a taktiež na pôsobenie vnútorných a vonkajších faktorov na daný systém odmeňovania. V poslednej časti práce sú navrhnuté zmeny, ktoré majú prispieť k zlepšeniu tohto systému. The Bachelor thesis is focused on designing an employee reward system for a selected company. It is divided into three parts. The first part describes the theoretical backgrounds, which is based on the professional publications from several different authors who deal with the topic of employee rewards. The second part is focused on analyzing the current state of employee rewards in the company, as well as the impact of internal and external factors on the reward system. The last part of the thesis proposes changes that are intended to contribute to the improvement of this reward system.
