Bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvořením podnikatelského záměru na téma založení nového podniku na návrhy a výrobu funerálních prvků. Práce je složena z teoretické a analytické části. Celá práce je zakončena návrhem vlastního řešení. Teoretická část obsahuje definice základních pojmů v oblasti podnikání. Dále jsou tyto pojmy aplikovány do analytické části, kde se využily tyto základní znalosti na sestavení analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí. Poslední část práce se věnuje realizaci konkrétního podnikatelského záměru a zajištění jeho realizovatelnosti v oblasti funerálního designu. The bachelor's thesis deals with the creation of a business plan establishment of a company for the design and creating of funeral elements. The thesis consists of the theoretical and analytical parts. The whole thesis ends with the focus on design of your own solution. The theoretical part contains the definition of basic concepts in the field of business. Furthermore, these findings are applied to the analytical part, where these basic steps were used to compile an analysis of the external and internal environment. The last part of the thesis is devoted to the implementation of a specific business plan and ensuring its feasibility in funeral design segment.
