Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na fond kvalifikovaných investorů, pro nějž v praktické části je vypracován návrh na rozšíření investičního portfolia v oblasti automobilového průmyslu. V první části jsou definovány základní pojmy, prvky finanční analýzy, srovnávací metody a modely, které jsou následně implementovány v praktické části. Vybrané společnosti jsou ověřeny pomocí bankrotního modelu a na základě výsledků všech výše uvedených analýz a metod je fondu předložen návrh na rozšíření investičního portfolia o akcie určitých obchodních jednotek. This bachelor's thesis is aimed at hedge fund (in Czechia only as analogy), for which a proposal for expanding the investment portfolio in the field of the automotive industry is developed in the practical part. In the first part, basic concepts, elements of financial analysis, comparative methods and models are defined, which are subsequently implemented in the practical part. The selected companies are verified using a banking model, and based on the results of all the above-mentioned analyzes and methods, a proposal is presented to expand the investment portfolio by the shares of certain companies.
